Medical facility with water damage.

This medical facility experienced a leak coming from their bathroom. It happened overnight while no one was in the building. They discovered the wet carpet and floor early in the morning. They called their insurance company first and were told to call SERVPRO. We arrived shortly after and took a walk through the building. They were lucky, we were going to be able to save the carpet. That's usually the first to go after a leak going undetected for so long. Our strong air movers and dehumidifiers were able to dry out the carpet in 3 days. We cleaned and steamed the carpet and cleaned all the floors. The carpet looked brand new. It's always good news when we don't have to tear and rip the carpet.
